Dr Cameron Ashe, | B. Chiro.Sc.M.Chiro

Cameron enjoyed growing up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches where being fit and healthy is the norm. Early on Cameron found he excelled at sport and was fortunate enough to play both rugby and cricket at representative level, these days he enjoys combining cross fit with his Golf swing. His love of living a healthy life has motivated him to help others improve their lives. Not everyone wants to be a champion sports person, for some being able to continue working in the garden is what keeps them sane, whatever the desire Cameron enjoys working with people to keep them the best they can be.
Chiropractic held a particular interest to Cameron as it combines both evidence based science with effective chiropractic methods to improving states of wellbeing. Since completing his degree he has expanded his knowledge by attending seminars that directly influence his daily practice as a chiropractor to improve both skills and scope in practice.
Cameron is very comfortable working within a mechanical framework, in other words any joint or muscle can be restored to better health. Patients can feel confident seeing Cameron whether in Acute or Chronic discomfort, for some it might be simply to have their spines checked. Whatever the reason for seeking chiropractic care Cameron will include the following principles with every consultation:
-
Is there mechanical dysfunction: This will involve both the history and examination and sometimes imagining to see if chiropractic is the best option, usually if mechanically dysfunction is present chiropractic care is warranted.
-
Why has the body broken down: Often there is a lifestyle habit that causes a breakdown in the mechanics of the body, this could be a trauma, stress related, sometimes even diet related.
-
Suggested care plan: Some people wish to simply be fixed, and sometimes a good adjustment is all that’s needed. However Cameron understands often there is something outside the clinic that might need attention, this could be a better way to sit at a desk, improved lifting technique, or a simple exercise to strengthen the spine, anything that can be done safely outside the clinic might be suggested by Cameron.
For those with kids you will enjoy the fact that Cameron is a great dad, and yes he loves kids. Bring your little ones in to say hi if you like, if Cameron can help your family that would be the greatest

Dr Paul Stinson has always had an interest in his own health and the health of others. In 1993 Paul finished a Remedial Massage course at Nature Care College and started a career as a professional masseur. In 1994 Paul further studied massage at one of the largest traditional Chinese medicine schools in Beijing, China adding to his skills. Following this Paul Studied the SLM technique under Steve Lockhart, a systematic style of massage looking for patterns of soft tissue tightness effecting joint function and mobility.
In his early 30’s Paul attended Macquarie University and underwent the 5 year chiropractic degree. Much of the course was medical based; however what Paul enjoyed most was studying biomechanics of the body and how to restore ideal function with chiropractic care.
Since completing his degree, Paul has attended numerous specialised courses in Gonstead adjusting technique, scoliosis seminars, and diagnostic seminars discussing advanced imaging and physical examinations.
Paul combines his knowledge of massage with traditional chiropractic methods to free restrictions from the body allowing optimum biomechanical function.
Paul's other interests include running, he competed in world masters 100m and 200m athletics event making semi finals, and most years runs Nationals Track and Field. Before this Paul enjoyed sprint triathlons. Much of Paul's life has been involved with either sport or training and he likes to share his knowledge when advising patients of appropriate exercise, whether it's rehab or for fitness. These days Paul still enjoys training but does not compete, rather devoting his energy to helping others achieve their goals.
