About Us

Many people that present to the clinic do so because they are in pain, or not able to perform activities important to them. We use a variety of adjustment techniques, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, rehab exercise, postural advice to reduce pain, and restore flexibility allowing  return to normal activities.

Good lifestyle choices will slow the aging process and improve overall health of the body. Making the effort to improve work habits such as good posture, safe lifting, eating well, getting outdoors, or performing a healthy amount of exercise are not hard to implement into daily activities. Healthier lifestyle is something we are always promoting as a way to slow wear and tear of joints and muscles.

No matter what your age, you can improve how your body functions.

What is chiropractic

To become a chiropractor requires five years of full time study at a University. We are also required to regularly attend seminars to further our knowledge and to stay current with the latest research and information.

Chiropractors are trained to understand all the physiological and biomechanical processes that occur in the body.  We believe the spine is very important because it houses the spinal cord, which is directly connected to the brain, organs, muscles and joints. Any dysfunction of your spinal column can cause you pain, but because it houses the spinal cord it can also affect your mood and even the function of organs in your body.

A chiropractor's main focus is to firstly make sure your spine is working at its best, allowing your nervous system to function nicely. But we are also trained to examine and treat every single joint in your entire body. Did you know your wrist is one of the most complex joints in your body?

Most importantly, Chiropractic is a safe, gentle, and a natural therapy that gets amazing results.
